The Y is very senior-friendly. We use the fitness area and like the availability of equipment. Also, we have made made many friends and acquaintances at the Y over the years.

The directors at the Y (specifically Childwatch and Youth sports directors) are genuinely passionate about their programs and are fantastic at making the programs great for parents and the kids :)

Very clean gym and lots of machines. I do wish there was 1 extra lap lane in the pool because not many people are water walking in the deep end anyway & there seems to be a lot of demand for the swim lanes. Other than that, I love the variety of classes & things to do at the Y!
