My YMCA is so nice. I have had Kathleen Lassiter as my trainer for 2 years. She is so experienced and works well for me at 71 years old.
Everything it's a state of the art facility
Clean facility, maintained well. A lot of programs, taught by very competent people. However, it is awfully crowded, especially the pickleball courts.

It's clean and the participants seem to be decent people.
I like the machines to work out on. I do wish that the YMCA workers that monitor that room would ask people to move on to another machine if they are sitting there for 20 minutes or so on their cell phone. That is very annoying.

I don't participate in those activities. I would hope that you would add a couple of plain, adjustable sit-up benches (flat bench with an elevated foot pad) so I wouldn't have to get on the floor. Thanks.
The pool is spotless. The facility is nice and clean. Friendly responsive staff!

The instructors are great. What I love more is the YMCA is a family. We care about each other. We look out for each other. We’ve made friends in our classes. We don’t go there just to work out. We go there to work out with our friends and see our friends. We go out to eat with each other sometimes. There are class Facebook groups. I moved to Utah a few months ago and I miss this family. I still keep up with them through the Facebook groups. I was in town 2 weeks ago and went and to work out at a couple classes. They were so happy to see me and it was like I never left. My new gym isn’t like that. Even the workers in the machine room get to know you. The staff when you walk in are so friendly. I don’t have that here. You don’t find this at too many other gyms.

The variety of classes offered and the facilities are excellent.
I only swim laps in the pool early in the morning. Everyone is always nice. The facilities are always clean and comfortable.
I enjoy the water exercise. And the other building I like those classes over there and finally got my mom to join so she goes with me on the classes at that other building I’ve really done a whole lot better since I started the water exercise.With Eating the right foods and doing the exercises in the water I’ve already lost 30 pounds
I enjoy the senior classes.
Clean, organized, I know what to expect and can plan my day's activities around it (things aren't always changing). People are nice and helpful--some could be more knowledgeable.
