love body pump and spin but sure do wish there was a Yin Yoga class at Telepsen YMCA. I have to go to the Trotter Y on Tuesdays and Thursday for that .... boohoo
I like the pool the best.
Activities are geared toward my age group. People are friendly and met up with people I have not seen in a long time as well as people who share my same interests. A great place!
The dance classes, especially teachers (!) Danica, Lisa, Rae, Dany, Sofia, Katelin, Carrie, etc. and NICK of Body Pump fame! Wish he were there more times than just Thurs 4:45, but there's a reason that his class is always full at such an odd time of day/week.

Actually, I love the pool! Deep water aqua workout is my favorite form of exercise. It’s not easy to find an available heated deep end.

I go to the Y for access to the outdoor pool. The YMCA team and folks with whom I interact are usually considerate and helpful.

trotter YMCA is a great place for the whole family specially for yougesters, people and employees are very freindly, I really enjoy the activities and facilities.
I recently became active again at the Trotter YMCA. I have a buddy, who is also a member, and we have partnered together with a Personal Trainer. The experience has been FANTASTIC.
The facilities, as in the past, are up-to-date / top notch.
I highly recommend the Trotter YMCA.

The Trotter YMCA has been great. I like how close it is to where I live, and I think the facilities have been great for keeping up with my fitness goals this year.

Also, not enough Pulates on the reformer. Had to sigb up for classes elsewhere

I enjoy fhr Forever Well program offered at the Trotter Y. I especially enjoy the Mexican Train Dominoes program in Thursday and the Day trips sponsered by the Y.
My husband and I work out i the gym a couple of days during the week. The facility is clean and the personal trainers are always friendly and helpful.

Group exercise classes, particularly Zumba. I'm so happy you added a Sunday Zumba class. It was much needed. The teachers of that class are really good.
