I use the pool daily and it is always in good condition. The guards are friendly and professional- always at the ready. Their attitude sets the stage for all the pool patrons to be friendly as well.
My only disappointment is the three pool deck family showers. Despite the numerous maintenance requests that I have completed, the list continues to get longer. Shower heads leak, shower wands usually have to be hand held because they suffer the inability to stay erect on the wall, shower curtain rods threaten to fall out, the three rooms have to share one squeegee, and the light in the center shower stall has not worked in years.
This place so Wonders. I like the garden area. Then the new enhancement for pickle and tennis court is a great idea.
Swimming pool is good.
Gym is fabulous.
Equipments perfect conditions ,nice musics , good environment,etc.
Great classes enough of them. Great instructors. Common facilities are good.
However,
Men’s locker room, plumbing wall holes etc atrocious. Shame for letting this go on so long. Some of this problems I could fix with my limited maintenance skills. But still they linger making the place look shoddy. Bad image, bad marketing.
We need a man somewhere in management who will identify and solve these problems. I’m not being sexist, I’m giving management the benefit of doubt, that reason why it looks so ratty in the locker room is because no one in building management sees it.
Your instructor for Bodypump, Katie and your instructor for cycling, Jeff, are both the best of their kind!

Seven years running and we LOVE Trotter! It's so much more than a place to stay in shape. Helpful caring attitude permeates throughout the building from Rosemary, Carol and Julian in the front to Laura , Rachel, Monica, Chris and Eleana working their own special magic! Plus the family type feeling that you get from the folks we've come to know. God bless you guys and peace! P.S. We still love Big Cheese Adam 🧀 too........
Your long opening hours will suit almost everybody. There is an extensive range of group exercise classs for every type of ability. The instructors are excellent: professional, friendly and fun ( Zumba Saturday a.m. will miss Vanessa!). The gym is large and well-equipped. Personal trainers are also very good. Everything is spotlessly clean.

the Y instructors are awesome and make you feel very welcome and are always changing up coarse participation and content to get ahead and offer the latest ideas in their particular workouts. You are made to feel like part of family while at the Y and taking classes. Instructors are always looking for feedback also
Childwatch is absolutely amazing. The room is always clean and organized.
The staff are so caring. They are gentle, reassuring, and experienced...my son LOVES going to play!
The lifeguards are delightful and diligent. They made sure my children were safe, and offered us lifejackets for my youngest. They genuinely care about my children's fun and safety!

The atmosphere of friendship and friendliness from everyone. And those classes for the seniors are absolutely wonderful..
Friendly and experienced staff
3 things:
1. I love the women only exercise room. Ann is always so helpful!
2. Just started yoga with Penny! She is totally the best! Take is easy, breath - so it works for me!
3. Everyone is so friendly at check especially Carol & Rosemary! Rosemary helps me sign to yoga!
