Live the classes, many options and good instructors.
I very much like the programs, like Silver Sneakers, that are especially structured for seniors.

The activities are great, Especially stretch. And there is a large variety of machines for work-outs.
Group exercise classes are my favorites. I like the pool and the machines too.
I love everything about the YMCA. There is something for everyone. My only complaint is the condition of some of the bathrooms. Also there are not enough near the popular workout studios.
The Pickleball was great.
I love the outdoor pool, which is open at 5 am on weekdays!
Hours open are good.
We just enjoy treadmills and bike. Also some weights. A ver friendly atmosphere!

Classes have very good instructors - Body Balance, body pump and BollyX. More lunch time classes would be nice.
The facilities are clean and well equipped.
The staff is friendly and helpful, making each visit a pleasant experience.
I like Trotter’s group workouts, e.g. Body Jam, Les Mills Dance, Sh’bam, Zumba, Body Pump… also like the weight rooms; they’re spacious with lots of different machines to help you get ripped. Most of all, I like the friendly staff and cleanliness of the facility….

I love the group exercise classes, especially Zumba. My very favorite class is the Sunday afternoon Zumba class with Kaitlyn and Carrie, and I also enjoy Carole's Saturday morning class and Victor's evening classes.
I occasionally use the weight room, and should be swimming laps, but Zumba is the best.
I do wish you have more classes scheduled at 6:30 a.m., because I could do that before work, but I really appreciate the Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon classes.
