Thank you all so much for keeping the women’s center running. I know you guys have faced staffing shortages, and I can not express how happy I am to see you all keeping it open and having it available when you are able.

Very inclusive.
Since I am older, 78, and have diagnosed severe balance issues and vertigo/dizziness. I am very limited in what I can participate in. I currently am in Silver Sneakers, and although I can't keep up quite often, it is certainly better than doing nothing. Those classes, when I took them pre-pandemic, were held in much smaller rooms upstairs... Often times it too tight to do the SS routines properly. Now they are held in the men's gym, adequate space is no longer an issue. I also had a total reverse shoulder replacement (R) done in 2018, so I also have to favor that shoulder. There are so many wonderful activities if you're in good enough health to participate. The mistake I made, and a very crucial one, was not taking part in exercise or weight classes years ago in preparation for better physical health, core strength, and my later years.
