It’s the Y I usually use but whenever I do visit this location I like the facility space, equipment and staff. The food and smoothies are also good!

Silver Sneaker's program makes it easy for seniors to participate.
I joined The Y at Augusta (Trotter Family ) through my Insurance company. The programs are structured, and make exercise fun. Silver Sneakers program is awesome and thoroughly enjoyable.
I had my daughter join also, and we will be a member always. Great location.
I love Pilates Reformer. I especially like Polly‘s class. I like the H2O combo with Olivia. I like that it’s almost always clean. The Y facilities are much cleaner than the JCC on Braeswood or any 24 hour gym I’ve ever been to.The staff is always helpful. I do wonder why we have to pay extra for Pilates Reformer I’d like to see that change
I love the outdoor pool and the layout of the facility

I love attending Zumba classes with Victor and Vanessa!!! They are so personable and lively. The class feels like a community where everyone there are friends. The steam room is also a lovely bonus. The rest of the staff are always welcoming and attentive. They are always willing to help.

Well managed and staff facility and classes. Dependable class and personal training leaders who are knowledgeable and genuinely interested in their clients. Large variety of classes and times makes it easy to find a class that meets my needs.
Great exercise class for Seniors and wonderful games group on Thursday. Lots to do.
Not very many handicapped spots - big drawback as you have to get to a class 30 minutes before it starts to get a space. Too dangerous to climb up and down the stairs when handicapped!
