I am starting to run again, and the trainer helped me figure out the tread mill. He was very helpful and courteous.

I like having towels available in the locker room.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

My daughter has been with the soccer program since 2010 and she’s still there. She has made friends on the team and some of them have been there almost as long as she has. It’s a great healthy positive environment.

This is her last year there because of the age group but I wish there were sport programs (soccer) geared for older teens.

I use the facility only to work out with light weights and on the machines. Everything is modern and in good condition.

I really like the outdoor pool. It’s perfect for coming by on my lunch break for a swim to get some stress out. Also, great variety of classes offered around the lunch hour.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Most of the programs available will meet the need of every age. However, security in the parking lot need some extra extension, sundays especially is too quite not having any security around.
