This place is amazing has everything a gym should have. Loved that it has a sauna and a steam room included. The locker room nice and clean.

Group exercises
We have been members for 40 years. I have served two terms on their local board and we visit YMCAs when we travel! They provide great programming for all ages with clean well staffed facilities. After all of these years I witnessed another outstanding service the Y provides. While doing laps I watched small group of adult men taking a beginners swim class. I was intrigued. After they were through I asked the instructor if they were learning to swim as a work requirement. He told me they were refugees and the y was helping them acclimate to our country. Way to go!!!
Spacious weightlifting area (my favorite workout), wide variety of cardio machines, multiple floors making it more aesthetically pleasing, free parking within facility, friendly staff and overall cleanliness.
Swim lessons are well managed. Child care is fun and engagine. Parent's Night Out is well coordinated. There are many opportunities for working parents to get support and for all parents to get a break, while knowing that our children are not only having fun and learning, but they're safe and they feel comfortable with the adults.
Would like to have someone to help me understand which exercise machines to accomplish my goals when I visit the 4th floor.
The frequency of the programs the diverse nature of the programs and relatively low costs are what I like
I really enjoy the indoor track during g inclement weather. The pool area is great. As a personal trainer and dietitian, I recommend the YMCA to all my clients. Great facilities, friendly staff and welcoming to clients of all ages.
