The downtown YMCA is a very nice exercise facility. it has all the contemporary equipment for strength and cardio work as well as a pool, sauna, various ball courts, etc., and all these spaces are clean and well managed.
There are such a wide range of activities going on at any time!

Some exercise bikes were removed from Women's Fitness Center. Please add more machines there such as tricep & bicep machines.

Great facilities and good group exercise instructors (though I wish BodyStep were offered more often and I wish y'all offered towels).

Easy to get to, easy to find your way around the gym. Classes are fun and a great workout.

I like the change back to the extended hours before COVID. I also like the parking, but sometimes there are lines 10 cars back going in and out.
I mostly use the weight machines and free weights.
Would like to see replacements for older Cybex weight machines when they are discarded.
Very clean facilities with a wide variety of equipment and activities. I especially love the pool and the newer weight equipment, along with the indoor track. All of the staff are always very cheerful and helpful. We look forward to coming here!

Is good I like it
Can we have Body pump class starts at 6pm or 6:15pm. Also wants more Michelle core training sections after work. Ideally starts at 6pm or 6:15pm.
Cleanliness and schedules. Instructors are good. I would like do see more Pilate or yoga classes in the evenings.
The Les Mills classes are awesome! Jian and Michelle are the best instructors.
I like going to the gym. Everyone is very friendly. There is a good selection of weights and equipment.
The staff Mr. John and Ms Jeanette are there every morning and they remember your name. I like the yoga and Pilates class along with Michelle’s HITT WORKOUT
