Great classes and gym environment
Instructor professional, activities.
I enjoy doing the body pump class. Can y’all consider doing a 6:45pm or 7pm body pump class. I’m not able to make the body pump classes because I get off work at 5:30pm.

Great staff, great machine options and parking.
We love the group exercise use programs, in particular the Les Mills Body Pump classes. Additionally, the 11:15 Friday cycle class is a great workout. Last and most important, the instructors are simply the best with a big shout out to Michelle Gendron and Jan Short. Their instruction and enthusiasm makes every class a great workout!

I haven't taken part in any programs but I do like the central location and equipment.
Variety and availability. Especially the online 360 stuff
I like the indoor track and the availability of the ping pong table. I have enjoyed the work outs that were guided by an instructor. Was first introduced to this YMCA because of my affiliation with the Livestrong Program but it is no longer going on due to the pandemic. Because of the Livestrong Program I was introduced to this location and I have continued to enjoy a YMCA membership that allows me to come here.
I love the Power Yoga, but it is way too cold in the room for a yoga class. My muscles take forever to warm up because we move slowly.
The hours of operation are convenient. The classes do not fit my schedule though.
The gym

I'm still new to the location but I like the fact it's super clean, friendly staff and the pool / sauna area!
I like the women's center and that there's always space in the gym. My only request would be for more group exercise classes for people who get off work ~3\4
I love the instructors. But i wish you would add some different classes at the 11:15 time frame like before the pandemic.

Love the Yoga and all the teachers. Yvonne is so inspiring and offers perfect Yoga for me that is good stretch. Gloria is the best at teaching a non power yoga for me with very detailed instructions as to correct form for each pose and full body workout I mean all parts of the body and you can see it in her as she teaches. Melody is why I got back into yoga as she offers the first yoga class that actually felt good to me after a long hiatus. And Olga is superb at breathing stretches and energy flow in body with positive outlook.
I enjoy the water aerobic programs. They are very good for me and help me as I prepare for knee surgery in the near future. I also have a personal trainer and she does an awesome job keeping me motivated and telling me what muscles are being targeted by the different exercises we use. So shout out to Yvonne S. who does this and so much more.
My husband and I participate in the Forever Well Classes. We also like the indoor track and machines.
I love the group workout classes! Especially the Les Mills classes.
The YMCA isn't huge, but it's laid out well and very comfortable.
