Morning basketball with friends I've met there. Swimming laps. I love all the classes. I mainly do morning spin classes, yoga and CSI classes. Love the TRX too, just haven't been able to fit it in recently. The showers, lockers, seating areas in public inside and out. Love the wet and dry saunas and whirl pool. I really appreciate all the friendly employees, John, Cheryll, They are all wonderful but I don't know all their names. Barvo, Brava! keep up the great work!
Love the staff and instructors! The classes are varied and offered at times that work with my 9-5 schedule. Happy to be a member
My recommendation: Trap booty band class! Yes. It’s a thing and super popular. Also aerial yoga!

Love the Monday a.m. exercise on floor 3 with Willard. Both these instructors are sensitive to seniors and our limitations, yet push us gently to increase our activity.
Love the variety and times! The only reason it’s not a 10 is that I would like a bigger “women’s” workout room. It’s crowded in there!
Love the women’s wellness area. Suggestion: hand sanitizers placed around building, towel disposal just outside door in garage(for those of us who forget we’re carrying one!)
I like the physical plant because it is spotless and all the workout equipment is well maintained. A great floor staff. all the classes I have taken or take have been great -Tai Chi and Yoga both have great instructors. Currenly in "live Strong"

I like the different activities offered at the gym and the diversity of the people of the gym (people from all backgrounds and different fitness levels).

I have a lot of anxiety about working out, but the Y makes me feel welcome and challenged in a positive way. Members and instructors alike are so encouraging and kind. It's nice to work out in an environment where I do not feel judged.
I love all the dance classes! Sh'Bam and Zumba are so awesome! :)
The hours of operation and size of the lap swimming pool and the women's gym are the best that this YMCA has to offer for my needs and schedule . The Tellespen Ymca is kept very pristine, and this is a plus! It would be even better if yoga classes were offered early in the morning.
I especially like the Private area for the ladies!

As a busy solo parent of two, I ++REALLY++ like that you offer towel service. I can swim with my kids and get us all cleaned up without the responsibility for packing or laundering towels for all of us. THANK YOU!
On the less-satisfied side, I wish you offered tween+parent workout classes like Zumba during the after school but before dinner weekday window from 4:30 to 5:30 pm. Thanks!
