I am really enjoying Duane's gentle yoga. It's the closest to the yoga class I took for 12 years before moving to Houston that I've found here. My husband is doing well on the exercize machines while I'm in class.

Not so much programs as it is convenient. Your equipment is falling apart and when I go to other Y’s in Houston they are updating their equipment.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Robert and I workout at the Weekley Gym 3 times a week. Those are our only engagements with the Y. The staff is professional and courteous. Parking is mostly manageable. The facilities are clean and in good repair

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The YMCA offers a wide range of health and wellness educational activities. I truly enjoyed being trained by Ryan who is a awesome trainer. My session with him was a blessing and it motivated me to be consistent. My grandson's and I had a great time with swimming lessons. The environment is family friendly. I still haven't access most of the services I'm interested in. I'm having an amazing experience. God bless!
