As I have been getting older and older I am grateful for your senior citizen programs but regretfully I have to acknowledge that I have been disappointed for no early morning cycle classes.
I started my fitness journey with early morning cycle classes and since this routine is still helping me, I’m paying a lot for membership in another club for these classes.
I would be grateful if the early morning cycle classes were introduced once again.
I love to YMCA but the cost has become quite expensive and therefore I may need to stop my membership soon.

I really enjoy my experience at the Weekly YMCA! The Pilates, Power Pump, and yoga classes are fantastic—they offer a great variety for all fitness levels. I also appreciate the access to the pool and steam room, which are perfect for relaxation and recovery. One suggestion that could make the facility even better would be to add a sauna—either indoors or even one of those modern portable outdoor options. It would be a great complement to the wellness amenities already offered. 😊

Lots of programs to chose from. Good people teaching the classes and usually there is plenty of room to practice in.
Open play pickleball is my main reason for attending - great community of players and friends that I have made over the last 2 years.
There are alot of different classes offered but you need to add more.

I like the classes, these days esp. the water classes by Tim Fletcher - and the camaraderie that reigns among the participants. I also love the steam room. If only it were hotter in the morning! My husband loved the e-gym.

John Dalton is an amazing teacher. He's enthusiastic, professional, punctual, and dedicated to ensuring that seniors maintain their fitness levels.
I have been taking John's classes since the Y gave reciprocity to members of the Houston Jewish Community Center, after Harvey flooded the JCC. I have enjoyed meeting terrific people from all over the world. (One woman in our class is from Taiwan. She speaks fluent Hebrew and graduated from Tel Aviv University) Most senior members of the Weekley Y are retired professionals -- many were involved in careers at the Texas Medical Center. I am a retired health law attorney: my clients were hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Something for everyone. Friendly atmosphere. Great facility.

Love the group classes! But the sound system in the yoga room is always a challenge for trainers. Which is tough because they are on such a tight deadline. It has been like this for years.
Ease of access. Plentiful and varied.
I primarily go to the YMCA to work out and it has been paying off. I've lost a few pounds, and have improved my overall health which was my goal.
I'm very pleased I rejoined the Y. I'm very happy with the senior exercise programs.
