I was informed today (11/20/12) that there will no longer be a code you receive after doing these surveys. Why? Your customers are taking extra time to do a survey and you should reward them for leaving their thoughts, comments, and for either calling in or getting online to fill out the survey. I was one that did this each time cause I enjoyed getting the triple play treatment upgrade.

The stylists actually know how to cut hair, and not just the "one size fits all" approach. They take the time to find out what you want, and then take the time to see that you get it.
