Been going to Sport Clips for a year or better (in Iowa), but just recently moved to Arkansas so this was my first to the one in Bentonville (and then second with my son just a couple days later) and I don't believe I could have walked away more satisfied. First I was just glad to see there was a Sport Clips in town, but I didn't realize until later that I'd found an incredible new stylist (that I'll probably request every time I visit now).
Chelsea was superb in both instances, despite only being tasked with my hair the first time. She not only helped me find a more suitable haircut prior to my first of many job interviews this week (which I couldn't help but be reminded of when the person interviewing me commented on how polished I came off... definitely playing a factor) and then AGAIN proved herself a rockstar the following Sunday when I took my son Wrigley in for his first big-boy haircut, in which she wasn't even the dedicated stylist for but still came over to help throughout most of our visit upon seeing that the little guy wasn't allowing things to go as smoothly as one would hope. She helped calm him down and applied some of the finishing touches. In retrospect I'm now kicking myself that I didn't tip her as well as the stylist that did most of Wrigley's hair (who I'm sure was equally appreciative of Chelsea's assistance) but I'll be sure to make it up to her the next time I come in... requesting her when I do so.
10 all the way... For not only being a familiar business in a new city, but for having an employee that set a new standard for what a review worthy of a 10 should be.

Personally, I really appreciate the social skills of the hairdressers at this particular location. I have been to many places and have yet to feel at home like I did with SportClips in Bentonville, AR. I don't feel uncomfortable or out of place, and I feel freedom to laugh and have a good conversation with the stylists that cut my hair. I also like the fact that I don't have to describe how I wish my hair to be dress. Simply a matter of checking the stylists notes and double-checking with me. Thank you for making me feel like I have friends at your location, and not just people that are working on a customer.

Everyone always is friendly and pays attention to detail and doesnt rush like some competitive companies. The girls take their time and make you feel relaxed which is what a hair cut is all about.
