The technician on the phone was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing to check and attempt to resolve the issue I was having with frequent loss of internet at my home. He then asked if I would agree to have a technician come to the house, explaining that it would be the following day due to it being after 5:00 PM when we were talking.
The local technician called the following day to set a time for service. He arrived exactly on time and quickly assessed the problem to be faulty wiring. He was also very polite and professional. He completed the repair quickly. The problem seems to be solved.
The only complaint I have about the service is the long wait time for my initial phone call to be answered. I placed the call before 4:30 PM. I held for over 1/2 hour for the technician to come on the line.
Serviceman was willing to work with us on the time to change the battery. He was very friendly and will to answer questions - those that he could.
I’ve been with NexTech for a long time. The “help desk” is the best of any company I’ve ever had to call! They know their stuff!!! This last time, Alex seemed to know right away what the problem was, when I explained what had happened. He wrote up an order for a service tech to come out and correct the issue. Eric showed up within an hour and sure enough, he knew exactly what to do! Took him all of 15-20 minutes and both my TV’s were up and running!
