I feel like a new person after my first massage with Joyce at Elements in Albuquerque. I had a bad experience with a massage years ago and had assumed I would probably never get another one. But when I had a twisted muscle in my back and a recurring Achilles injury that wouldn’t go away I decided to try a massage and read about Elements online. I’m so glad I did. The setting was peaceful and comfortable. The massage was relaxing and Joyce communicated with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure. I left feeling so much better and 3 days later I can still move with such ease compared to the way I felt before the massage. I’m definitely coming back again!
Love this place, they are amazing at working out all the knots in my neck and back. They usually have openings to fit you in last minute too.

Love facility ..Maria is awesome .. wish yo would send out schedule with availabilities via email I loved that ! I would be at my computer .. it would pop up & almost every time I would book.. I would come in more & use up my massages.. I have a lot .. however I get so busy I do not think to book & my schedule really does not allow me to schedule further ahead ..
