Very friendly staff, and my therapist, Vicky, utilized sacro-cranial techniques on my spinal area to address my chronic back pain. I definitely felt an improvement!

The store was clean and inviting. The employees were friendly and helpful. My therapist was friendly and knowledgeable and performed her job very well.

It was totally a relaxed atmosphere and somewhere I will enjoy visiting again.

What do you like about our services?

I used to receive deep pressure work for relieving pain and helping to remove knots. The massage therapist at Elements used more advanced techniques which provided pain relief for a longer time than I previously experienced from massage.
