The team at Dogtopia Scottsdale-Raintree rock! I always know my Lilly will be cared for and will have a blast - especially with all the fun events and treats! I've been bringing her there for over 2 years, and have never been disappointed! The team works so hard - and are always friendly and smiling!
Have a protocol, stick to a routine, canine coaches clean up promptly and front staff is always friendly.
The only suggestion I have is once a dog is let in the room, the canine coach should not turn their back and walk away without watching for the first few minutes the behaviors toward the new dog in the room.
