Super friendly staff that gives individual attention to every dog. Long operating hours are very convenient for those who work unconventional hours.
How each person truly loves our dogs! We had Bridger who was 14 and needed extra attention they were wonderful. Now we just have Pika and they are so kind!

I appreciate that you ensure that dogs are healthy before accepting them around other dogs. I like that everyone is courteous and seem to like working at Dogtopia. I like that there was no charge for the meet and greet. I like that I could view my dog during his stay, and that made me feel better about leaving him knowing that he is being taken care of and has friends to play with.

The process was really easy and the people were very friendly. Though I did have some trouble and took several days registering on the website. Once that worked everything was smooth and easy. I loved watching my pup enjoy his day - he clearly did!

My puppy Finn spent a half a day at Dogtopia of Canton and for him it was the best thing ever. I watched him on the Webcam and he was a totally different puppy. He loved playing with the other puppies/doggies. They all got along so well. When he got home, he was ready for a nap. I can't say enough about how much he liked it and so did I.

The hours of operation, the attentiveness of staff and ability to check in on my dog from time to time.
Staff were kind and informative. It was helpful to be able to check in on video and put some of my worry at ease. I do wish that I could have come inside to see the space- I especially would feel more comfortable boarding her if I saw the space where she would be- but I totally understand this is likely still due to COVID precautions.

It would be nice if you could somehow identify each dog for their owners when being viewed on the web cam. Sometimes there are similar looking dogs and it is hard to tell them apart.
I have no complaints about dogtopia. It is rather nice to be able to take my dog there sometimes to socialize with other dogs and the staff there.
We are new to the area and loved how well the dogs were treated. My dog came home with a photo from his first day and a report card. We loved watching the live cam.
Lucy loves to spend time at Dogtopia playing with her friends. She loves your pool.
I liked how the dogs are observed and monitored and the play room was clean. I really enjoyed being able to see him on camera.
