Friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. I love bringing my dogs. I used to think the idea of doggie daycare was ridiculous, now I take my dogs every day. The dogs look forward to play school. They line up near the car in the morning waiting to go. They come home exhausted. Dogtopia is a life saver.

First and foremost, the staff is phenomenal. The facility is so clean and inviting for our pups. I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia Raintree. We’ve been taking our three dogs there for years and every time they come back happier than when I dropped them off. We feel fortunate to have Dogtopia to care for our fur babies. It makes it so much easier to travel without worry as we know they are in the best hands!
Above all the kindness and consideration and love everyone has shown my dog Blu. The special enrichment they do throughout the day. Bubbles,charcuterie board ect......
I had tears in my eyes when I left him the first time but when I picked him it there was nothing but smiles. He had a great day and slept all the way home.

Unfortunately, I cancelled my weekly subscription and went to Camp Bow Wow instead. I like Dogtopia MUCH better that Camp Bow Wow, however, at Camp Bow Wow I can a) pay in cash, b) buy a packet of daycare visits at a discount (I have the 20day package at $30.80 per full day). That is the reason why I left. I asked two different people at two different times for packages and paying upfront, and they would not accommodate. You used to do package deal when I was at Dogtopia last.
If you let me to buy packages instead of a weekly subscription, I will come back to Dogtopia.
Here is what I like better about Dogtopia. I like that you have crates in the play rooms and that you crate the dogs for about two hours. It gets them used to crates and also gives them a break. I also like that you use the crates if a dog needs time-out. I love that you have a good size outdoor space and that you rotate the playgroups to the outdoor space once a day.

From the moment I walked in with Lucy I felt very comfortable. From the front desk to the meet and greeters I felt very confident that Lucy would be in great hands!! She had a great day and was exhausted on the way home! Success!
