Friendly, and responsive. What struck me most was the policy to have 3 play days prior to hotel - focusing on the comfort of our dog.

My dog Sophie lives going to Dogtopia! I feel more than comfortable leaving her for the day for daycare, and am able to watch her throughout the day via webcast. The staff is always so friendly and they are very prompt and responsive to any questions/ concerns!

We're over the moon happy with the Canton Dogtopia. The staff are incredibly patient, kind, and responsive. We trust them completely with our Lucy, which is saying a lot. We recommend them without reservation and plan to continue using them so long as we're in the area. Our dog (who started out very shy and unsure of herself) has blossomed under their care. She has a blast and can't get into the building fast enough. We're really grateful and love checking in on her during the day on the cameras.
