The aquatics staff at the YMCA Norton Commons has been wonderful and so patient with my autistic grandchildren. I am very thankful for their help.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I like the accessibility and proximity to my home. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy the access that my entire family has. I like that there’s things for my children to do while I work out.

I love the Y! There is something for everyone in the family. Swimming, group exercise classes, weights, cardio machines, indoor track, etc.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love the Zumba & Refit Classes! More Zumba Please! I’m in my 70’s now & don’t know how long I can keep up this training. Dance helps me build up my muscle so I can continue to ride horses & downhill Ski.

Body Pump classes. Just wish you could adjust heat so more comfortable. Its often too warm.
