You don't have a swim team. Hence, you have lanes open.
I realize that makes me sound like Grinch. But i belong to the Y to swim and lift. And the swim team at Northeast takes up all the lanes...
It is a clean, modern and well managed facility with good exercise equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful.

One request - if the inside staff is ready before 5 AM, especially on cold and/or rainy mornings, at least let us come inside. We can check in and wait until 5 before working out if required. Your colleagues at the Northeast Y open the doors as early as 4:45 AM. Why can’t you?

The friendly, welcoming attitude of staff. Amount of equipment and access to a wide range of class options. Feels family friendly and comfortable. Plus I like and respect thee level of community involvement ( helping teens in winter, the recent tornado disaster donation efforts, etc). Great value for cost.
I like the temperature of the lap pool.
The people--those who work there and those work out that we've met. Plus the facility is always clean and no gym odor.
The aquatics staff at the YMCA Norton Commons has been wonderful and so patient with my autistic grandchildren. I am very thankful for their help.

I like the accessibility and proximity to my home. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy the access that my entire family has. I like that there’s things for my children to do while I work out.

The Norton Commons YMCA is a clean, well managed and well equipped facility.
I use the gym in mornings usually to work out, and there has never been a time when equipment was not working or the locker areas were messy or in need of repair.
The staff is helpful and friendly and the overall atmosphere is just what I was looking for.
