What do you like best about the YMCA?

Our Y guys do a good job wearing shirts to cover their upper bodies. Just wondering why more and more of the gals think that their sports bra is adequate covering for their upper bodies. Is there any kind of a Y dress code for what is appropriate and not appropriate exercise clothing? Again, just wondering.

I like that are so many options; lap pool, warm pool, hot tub, sauna, classes gym area, basketball...

We love coming here. Kids zone is excellent, classes are top notch. Danielle Baise is a rockstar instructor. Just wish she taught every day.

I use the indoor track. I am 78 years old-walk 2 miles morn and 2 miles afternoon.., I have gone from 178 to 163. George Pressey

I have enjoyed the classes very much. I belonged to the Y about 7 years ago. It's close and I love the variety of classes.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I like the friendly staff and members. It is like family to me. I know and talk to so many people that I am known as the Mayor. I think coming to the Y helps me more mentally than physically. I never leave saying I wish I hadn’t come.
