Everything from housekeepers, greeters to lots of things to do 7 days a week. Injoy them all. If it hurts, only do what you can. They have health programs, races, and many other programs. You get your money’s worth of activities. If you don’t like one they will help you find out what you will like. Exellent trainers in many fields. I personally like the swimming classes. Then again I am older and try and stay in safe classes for my body. Come on down and jump right in for lots of fun and exercises.
Clean and well equipped facility. Lap swim pool is a huge attraction versus commercial gyms. Friendly staff and Christian based culture is refreshing. Well run operation. Thank you!

I can always choose a class (barre, spinning, body pump) that meets my schedule and at a reasonable monthly fee. Plus the staff is always friendly!
