I attend the HEAT class regularly and love the combination of strength and cardio. Each person works to their best ability and the positivity within the group shines through.

The classes, I wish the total chair class could be more than once per week. It is excellent for seniors and I love Jenny.
Good facility, staff is pleasant and helpful and professional. Classes are good, but it would be nice to have more variety and more frequency. We understand that is a balancing act and that is tough to do. We need more instructors, there just seems to be one that controls all classes and has for years. More muscle def and body pump instructors would be better.
