Great staff, friendly and helpful - good equipment.
We have been members for almost 13 years at Northeast Family YMCA. We have enjoyed the small child activity center and the infant care center. The two pools make swimming--recreational or otherwise--almost always available. The Wellness center almost never has any significant wait time for any machine/free weight station, excepting around 1700 on the weekdays. My children have played soccer and basketball so many seasons at the Y that I couldn't possibly count them. The supervisors that have run these leagues are always around and always respond to email concerns right away. And, the referees are excellent--there to teach, not just enforce the rules. We are leaving Louisville this Spring, and will miss Northeast Family Y greatly.
The Livestrong program and its manager Barb Millhollan along with Rachel. The other staff members are always friendly and courteous and they make it a real pleasure to come to the Y! The facility is always clean. The machines are kept in good working order, the pools are clean, the Northeast Y exceeds my expectations!
