Different classes
I like the amount of equipment and the amount of space this location has. Was very enjoyable to have multiple boxes for box jumps and abnormal things like a hex bar.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The variety of classes and cleanliness of the facility are great. I love that there is an indoor pool. The kids club is awesome, my son loves it!l Calypso Cove is fun, but very catered to young kids.
Two suggestions/wishes:
#1 - I would like to see the NE Y invest in an outdoor summer pool (for both recreational fun and exercise).
#2 - I wish the kids club was not closed from 2-4. Often times, my whole family wants to go the Y after school but we can’t because my toddler doesn’t have a place to go.

Programs
I really like having access to the pool. I will say that sometimes the classes take to many lanes away from the lap swimmers. There are to many adults that aren’t capable of swimming 3 to a lane. I don’t have that problem but many do.

The workers, good variety and quality of workout equipment, class options, and the pool.
It's almost impossible to find another gym with all of those options. Everything is also kept clean and up to date.

The staff was very helpful and there are quite a few offerings. The facility was clean and modern.
Well it seems that you all have become reasonable with your prices and it is always clean and the staff is always close at hand.
The location is easy to access and I enjoy the variety of work out options available.
I like the demographics. More family and older types when I am in there. I also like the range of equipment, particularly the stair machines which aren't always found at gyms.

The various exercise equipment
The Northeast Y is a wonderful place to do a variety of exercises. Probably some you have tried and some you haven’t. Try something new to spice up your routine. The people are friendly and very helpful. There are classes around the clock. The instructors are informative and want you to feel comfortable. It’s easy to ask questions. You can push yourself as much as you want and take things easy until you learn what your doing thoroughly. Join today and make a healthier you.

LiveStrong program. Need to increase the program for the night group just like the day group. Cycling for LiveStrong etc.
