I participate in the Parkinson’s exercise program. I am not a joiner or a person likes group anything. However, the women who lead the program and the workers who assist are extremely supportive and caring. They make you feel welcome and that you are missed if you are not there for some reason.
I like that I can go to multiple locations. It’s very convenient.

Adult water classes. I've been going to the Saturday Water Cycle with Nancy and Sunday Water Core and Cardio with Sherry since last May and I feel much stronger and healthier than I did a year ago!
Personal trainer Dorothy Inman. I started with her in January and she has been great! Knowledgeable, encouraging and kind.

This ymca is accommodating to all my families needs. We can play and exercise together and meet new friends that are going along this healthy journey at their pace. The staff are very welcoming from the check in greeters to the play area staff. We take part in many different activities and love this NE YMCA. Dana is a jewel she has talked to me with my membership needs with having a big family with lots of moving parts, and also being a foster care mom etc. Thanks ymca for all you offer even as we recover from some family health challenges we have faced.

The quality of classes offered at the location is great! I just joined, so didn't have time to explore the pool or sauna. Looking forward to find other great things about this Y location.,
