We love the cleanliness of the Y along with the family pool area. I wish that you all started back to having birthday parties for members. I had my daughter's birthday there before covid-19 and she keeps wanting to have it at Floyd County.

Last survey I mentioned the lack of hot water in showers. I appreciate that has now been fixed.

I love the classes and have made lots of friends. The instructor is always helpful and encouraging when leading the classes. The showers and locker rooms are clean and easy to get in-out easily. The welcoming staff always is friendly when checking in!

The therapy pool
I love the classes and the people. The instructors are all friendly and help make everyone feel comfortable. I also get a great workout when I go. I feel good when I leave.
Floyd County branch is really slow to repair broken equipment, the upstairs weight stack equipment is aging and needs to be updated soon with multiple leg pieces,
please have workers remind patrons not to sit on equipment on their phones
