The way the lap lanes work with reservations at the pool. The hours the pool is open and especially the lifeguard/staffs and their attention and expertise for the members.
Other staff: Michael, Jamie, Sophia, Dylan & Molly and many more do an very good job at the work they do for the Y. So many I did not mention but they are very important too!!!!!!

Staff is great and they keep everything clean and organized.
I like the friendly staff. I have visited the y downtown in New Albany and the people are very stuffy. Even though the pool is much nicer downtown in New Albany, the atmosphere is not so. The staff makes a world of difference when you are trying to service the people of the community.
I do wish there were more 6:00 a.m. classes such as a 6:00 a.m. spin in yoga but this is my Y it is where I want to be.
