WATER AEROBICS
The people and staff. The new equipment. And that it is clean.
Mostly, the friendly staff. They are the best and always give you a genuine greeting. Place is clean and equipment well cared for.

The instructors for classes are great.
The YMCA is able to accommodate my needs and all of my children of different ages. I am able to workout in a clean and safe environment while my kids are cared for. I'm also able to come with my kids to enjoy the pool or play basketball or enjoy the playgrounds.
Group fitness classes
I just returned to the ymca an i came to the warm water arthritis class an everyone welcomed me to the class. Then i stayed for the palates class but couldnt stay due to a pain in my ankle. But i am happy to be back an coming to work out an do classes.

The availability of classes for seniors is wonderful. I enjoy the feeling of being in a community of people my own age.

I like the recent feature where you can scan in on your own instead of waiting for someone to come up to the computer and click on the screen. I love the Dexa screen machine that gives feedback on your muscle and fat health.
The warm water pool and the 5:30 MWF older adults water aerobics. Jan is awesome and it's a fantastic group.
I like the classes.
The people are wonderful. I love my water tai chi and silver splash classes.
The people are friendly and my grandsons have a fun place to go.
Exercising with friends/family, exercise classes
I really enjoy coming to the Y and like pretty much everything EXCEPT the locker rooms. They need to be bigger and more accessible. I'm constantly waiting to access my locker or the bench has been moved and blocks locker access. I would gladly pay extra to have a better locker area experience. Other than that, I love the Y and glad we have one close by.

The staff is so helpful and the people are all around friendly, it has things there that meet my needs, like exercise classes in the water, exercise equipment, it is just a great place to go and meet people and feel better about yourself
I like the hours that the gym is open. I like all the various activities, classes, and machines in the wellness area.
