The amount of classes that are available a great wellness center the whole staff are so professional very helpful and friendly. Great place to make friends while staying fit and healthy the warm therapy oool is great as is the bigger pool my husband and I have been members for 9 years we came from California and the ymca there wasn't as friendly nor as many opportunities so needless to say we are very happy here and wouldn't go anywhere else

Safe and clean facility for exercise and social interaction. A favorite part of my day is going to the pool each morning at 5 am. I have the opportunity for beneficial exercise as well as visiting with great friends. The Y’s opening staff is personable and makes us feel welcome every day. Thank you.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the Silver Sneakers and Stretch and Balance classes. Would love to see these classes offered on the weekends.
