First time there and nobody directed me or helped me find the weights, bands and balls to be used. I had to search and just watched others. Wasnt a very welcoming feeling.
I will go back as I know now where to go and where the items are.
I started a journey did very good with walking and some of the machine did some classes.
Then I had medical issues I was dealing with. Now I'm ready to start my journey all over again.

My favorite part is the warm water classes.
Normally you have good access to equipment. Sometimes you may wait a few minutes or use something else till what you want is open. Most folks are friendly.
