Friendly diverse group of people. I enjoy the classes such as yoga and water aerobics tremendously. I wish the yoga studio was further away from the cross fit room. I wish there was a deep water aerobics class.

Y@Work has all of the machines I need to get a great workout. It's clean and convenient. I'm 100% satisfied with my experience at this Y.

Staff was helpful, and love the locker room. The lifeguard duty in the lap pool was super nice. Very uplifting that she was playing music. I have recommended downtown Y to a number of people.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

My Personal Trainer- Shawn Williams. He designs and re-configures my workouts to correspond to my current fitness level and needs yet challenging me forward. My overall fitness and emotional well being have significantly increased. I credit all of this to Shawn.
