The sauna is definitely my favorite part. I also like that it is very spacious so I do not feel crowded while working out.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The facility is nice and has lots of options for workouts. I like the Locke rooms and showers are always clean. It’s nice to have a sauna and steam room too. I haven’t taken a class since joining again but hope to soon!

There are several floors with many options. Diana at the front desk is very friendly and helpful!

Tracye, Jen, and Elaine are all fabulous yoga instructors! And of course, I love "my Y friends." When I leave work and go to the Downtown Y, it clears my head. I believe going to the Y makes me better at my job.

I love the downtown YMCA. The members and staff and very friendly and the facilities offer everything I’m looking for.

Great community based place to work out. Staff is friendly and courteous. The Y offers a variety of ways to exercise; group fitness classes, swimming, racket ball courts, a walking/running track and equipment.

The fourth floor with cardio and strength training equipment.
We like Brittany on front desk. She handles all situations so well - timely and efficiently.
