Pristine, modern, and convenient! It's such a wonderful benefit to be able to go right downstairs into an exceptionally clean gym with enough machines, weights, mats, and floor space to craft a workout that suits me each time I come. I am VERY pleased by the options. This is money well-spent.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The staff is friendly, the facility spacious with a wide range of equipment, and I especially love the Walk-15 class (such a fun way to get a good aerobic workout) and the Stay Strong class (for strengthening). I am a new member and like working out with peers. I haven't yet ventured into the pool, but would like to try the cycling class soon.

24 hour availability, cleanliness are the best. I cannot get any exercise at home. Y at work Has made a tremendous difference in my health and happiness
