I love the webcam, I feel reassured that I can check in on my girls and see them at play. The staff is loving and we are at ease when we take our pups to daycare or overnight boarding knowing that they are safe.
Really like the video so you can check in on your pup during the day. Saint is always happy when he goes to DogTopia so its a relief to know he is taking care of while we travel.
Facilities are kept clean. There is always someone in the room overseeing the play. I also like the rest time and the video access. The spa is so convenient to bring home a clean dog👏👏

Conveniently located, staff friendly and caring! The real proof that it's safe, an enjoyable experience is that my dog likes to go there!! I can check in periodically to see what he is doing but I have no way of really knowing what goes on but if he likes it then that tells me a lot!

2020 and 2021 happened and our life made a huge change. I moved my 2 Dobermans from a 20 acre farm where they had complete freedom and a creek to play in, to an 800 sq ft apartment. Life was so different for them and Dogtopia of Fort Mill made their change a little bit easier. Twice a week they would go and play with their friends all day long. Titan was my smiler so I would look at the webcam throughout the day and always see him smiling and having the best time. Ghost wasn't really my social butterfly but he enjoyed chasing Titan around the room and laying with him when he got tired. The coaches there loved on my babies as if they were their own. I knew they were in good hands when I dropped them off. The time came where Ghost had to cross the rainbow bridge and I was comforted in knowing that our friend at Dogtopia were going to miss him as much as we were. Titan did not take the loss of his brother well and Dogtopia was my blessing. I looked forward to the days that I could drop him off and he could play with his friends. Titan wasn't far behind Ghost in crossing the rainbow bridge. I am so thankful for Dogtopia for loving on my babies and being that extra hand when I needed it the most. Words cannot express how grateful I am for them.

My first visit was interesting:
- Customer service experience was fantastic, my dog looked and smelled great after his grooming appointment… but he was injured in the lobby by another dog. However, the staff was fantastic in their response! Within seconds somebody was treating my dog’s injury, the owner was out of his office and talking with me about what happened, the receptionist behind the counter was making sure everybody was OK, and I could not have been more pleased with how well they as a staff handled the situation. The owner was very apologetic for everything that happened and suggested I take my dog to the vet for a full examination just as a precaution. I did as recommended, they not only covered everything, but kept me in the loop on what they were doing to prevent such a situation from happening again.
Overall I was incredibly impressed with not only the value of the service, but also the price, staff, and owner. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone!
