I loved the open play concept! I also really love that you took the extra time in the evaluation part of the meet and greet to make sure my pup was comfortable and at ease before putting her into the large group setting. Staff is super helpful, informative and friendly as well.

The ease of scheduling, the transition at drop off and pick up, the ability to handle grooming a nervous dog, the knowledgeable handling of high energy dogs, the demeanor of your staff in general, the programs you provide, the list goes on. It is always a pleasure to bring my dogs to your facility. I took my dogs to another facility that is closer to our home. They separated my 2 dogs from all the others and three visits in never told me that they had isolated them. I had to realize this myself from the "look at our day" photos that they sent. When i inquired why my dogs were not being allowed to be "social", the answer indicated the staff was not knowledgeable in animal behavior or proper handling. Your staff on the other hand, is comfortable and confident and loving with the dogs and they LOVE coming to your day care and boarding. Thank you!!

They know who I am and my baby when we come in! Ellie Mae loves the owners like they are second parents and literally runs into their arms most mornings/afternoons! Ellie Mae is wiped out every afternoon when she attends doggie daycare! Amazing place for your babies to go!
I love the convenience, cost and the Office staff. They work with me. I work at home and they very with flexible with my schedule.
The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. Also made sure my dog was given the necessary breaks from play time due to his breed. My dog had a great time! Definitely will be back!

My dog and I love dogtopia. They take the time too know the client and their dog. Nigel is 10 yrs and gets really nervous when we go there. Do to another dog attacking him 4 years ago in a different city. They keep him calm and don't force anything on him. In fact when he is really nervous they will keep him behind the front desk until he feels more relaxed.

We love taking Maya for daycare. Because she loves being there for daycare it gives us peace of mind when we have to leave her for boarding. It’s nice to know she will be so tired from playing she will rest all night! The fact that the spa service is available Is great specially with the cold weather when we can’t bathe her outside.
Minnie is treated like "one of the family" when she is at Dogtopia. The staff fully understands her needs and she gets to have proper social time with other dogs during her visits.
