Very caring, accommodating and professional. Great place for my dog to socialize in a safe environment. She gets very excited when she realizes we are going to Dogtopia!
Open early and don’t close to very late. Also open on weekends.
The people, employees, are the most important to me. If they’re interested, you will feel welcomed. I like the feeling I get when my dog is greeted by his name when we enter. Supervision of the animals is very important to me as well. Knowing their behavior is a must for the technicians who are in the rooms with them.
I also recognize the cleanliness of the facility, although the front chairs seem to need replacement.
What I would recommend is that all the employees wear name tags so that we know who they are and can address them by their name.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied and our dogs love it!
My dog Bo seems to love being there. It makes us feel happy knowing Bo is getting play time and interaction with other dogs. The staff is amazing and always keeps me in the loop of any behavior or issues that might come up. We love Dogtopia it has made having a puppy a joy knowing he is having fun all day with other dogs. The best part is when we pick him up he is exhausted from playing. We get the best of Bo when we come home from work!

Pleasant, polite and clean.

While my dog is at Dogtopia, I know he is safe and having fun, while I'm doing the things I have to do, and he is not home by himself all day while I'm gone.

I know Sunny is safe and cared for when I leave her at Dogtopia. We've recently had a family health crisis and it's been such a relief to have a place to board her when there's a surprise or we have to get to Phoenix emergently.
Dogtopia is well staffed with kind people who love dogs. Every time I have a question or concern, everyone is ready to find the answer for me. My dog loves coming to Dogtopia - which is a good sign.
Friendly and warm staff that are thorough and invested in your dog from the very beginning. Everyone that met Duke (and me) was genuinely patient when explaining Dogtopia processes. I feel grateful to have linked up with this place.

Great friendly caring staff. Weekend hours. Camera feeds available on website. Good location. Could be a little more attention paid to staffing intake at the front desk. Frequently only one person covering and at times it can take a while.

Great staff and a great place for my dog. He loves it. I just wish that he would not come home smelling like urine. This would be my only complaint. When he spends over 4 hrs; all the walking and running on recent urine does not sit well with us. I have had to come home and wash him off before letting him into our home. The staff has been great about cleaning up the messes but maybe the water buckets might need to be changed out more regularly than usual.
Everyone was so friendly from the moment we walked in. We felt welcomed into the family almost immediately.
So far everyone I’ve met has been very kind and welcoming to me and my dog . My dog has seemed happy so far .

Dogtopia is the best dog daycare we know of. We have checked out quite a few and used a very wonderful daycare in Chicago, but Dogtopia is the still tops on our list. Everyone at Dogtopia loves the dogs and that is our priority.
Barbie loves going to doggie daycare!!! It is obvious that that staff really care for the dogs and enjoy working/playing with them.

I like the long hours available for drop off and pick up. I like the webcams that give you the option to check up on your dog. Having multiple rooms for different sizes and energy levels is a nice touch. Anytime there has been an incident with my dog I have received a phone call or text letting me know.
