Great attitudes and service!

I like the concept of perpetual stimulation and individualized care for my dog. In addition, I like the staff. There seems to be a big turnover in employees. I like knowing the people taking care of my pup. It was much more personalized service when you had a front desk person greeting the pups and owners when they arrived.

Staff are enthusiastic and welcoming. Everyone seems to know my puppy's name. We've just had a family emergency necessitating a last-minute weekend boarding stay, and dogtopia was able to accommodate us. We're so grateful we don't need to worry about our little guy while there's so much going on, on the other side of the country.

It's so convenient with liberal hours. Easy to reserve online. Most importantly, our dog is well cared for while there.

I like that my high energy dog gets to play hard all day and come home calm. I also like that I don’t leave her home alone and she’s being supervised and I can also see what’s going on by the webcam. She’s a better dog because she gets to socialize with other friendly dogs.
