What do you like about our programs and activities?

It is really appreciated that the facility is open at 5am Monday -Friday. There are a variety of exercise programs to choose from. Plus, the Y is doing their part to keep the facility clean and remind us to have a mask on.

I like my Silver Sneakers class, it would be nice if we could have a seniors yoga class right after the Silver Sneakers.

I love body combat and the instructors! Carissa and Kristi are great. The Monday 4:15 class is super boring though. She has no energy.

We are very healthy because we are doing excercises every day, thanks to Benbrook Community Center YMCA give that wonderful opportunity in its different programs and workouts.

I like the walking track above the basketball gym. The fitness area is well equipped. Staff keeps all areas clean and sanitized. Friendly staff.

I enjoy all the programs offered at this time. I do wish that when you all add or change class schedules, that you have the new schedule available to members. Apparently there will be new classes added starting on Monday, and the facility still does not have any schedule for members to see the times and what classes.
