Line dancing!
I play pickleball everyday M-F and I plan on continuing this and doing other activities next year. I love the fellowship with the people I've met. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and cooperative, and I have also been to a few luncheons and the food is always great. I have told my friends about the Benbrook YMCA and one friend of mine is strongly considering joining with his family. During the time I have been a member, I have really enjoyed the weight machines, the pickleball games, and meeting new and interesting people of all ages.

The upgraded weight room is great. Thanks for doing that. Spin classes and the instructors are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The vibe is relaxed and friendly.

There so many opposition to really get involved in. The facilities are great. The swimming pool is big and well heated. There are great skilled instructors there.

respectful, intelligent. informative, good listeners when you have a question and respond with a good answer.

I like the variety and quality of the programs and the family friendly atmosphere.
Julie Thomas teaches our water aerobics class and she is very good and so energetic and enthusiastic not to mention entertaining! My husband and I love attending that class. When she is not there, we miss her, but we have always liked all the subs as well.
I really only swim here, and really like the pool, though it's a bit on the chilly side. Staff is really great.
I like the variety of classes and the workout equipment. Instructors and employees are all friendly and helpful.
