I love the water aerobics and chair yoga.I sure do miss having BOGA classes in the pool.Can we please bring them back???? I have people asking me about these.I tell them i sure hope we can get them back soon if possible!!!!!!

I enjoy the water aerobics class with Chris. She definitely keeps us moving and she is quite entertaining.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the Benbrook Y. It has a great atmosphere for exercise and socializing. There is a wide range of classes and all new exercise machines with the latest technology. I especially enjoy the line dance class, on Monday and Wednesday.

The only reason I wouldn't recommend the B/YMCA to others is due to it's already overcrowded for what the facilities can host. (Smile.) Thanks for all you do!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Something needs to be done about crowded machines and always so hot where elliptical machines are. Otherwise love the staff they are so helpful and friendly.
