The instructors are encouraging, friendly staff and helpful staff at the front desk. The instructors for the water aerobics and silver sneakers classes that I attend are fully invested in making exercise fun and conduct classes that are appropriate to the target age and group. Coming to the Y provides me an opportunity to socialize with others in my age group. I look forward to each class that I attend. There are multiple courses to attend throughout the week that can support a variety of schedules.

Very courteous staff and good facilities. We enjoy going there for swimming. The men’s lockers need some refurbishing of finishes and showers.

The Benbrook YMCA has a great variety of group exercise classes.
