As we age exercise is important to our health. I for one enjoy Water Exercise. The Pool allows you to exercise in different ways without Joint impact.
A few days of evening pickleball. Lots of my friends are interested in learning or want to play. But they work during day. Or even one day on weekends. Other than that everything is great!!!👏👏

Les mills combat,body pump, and boom classes are my favorite. I actually live 3 mi from Ryan YMCA however I attend the Benbrook Y 4 to 5 days a week. The group instructors are awesome and they actually
know participants by name. They are very invested in us as well as our well-being!
The Y has everything I need.
People are so friendly and supportive. If I have a problem they listen and figure out a solution.
Older adult programs
We have a variety of classes to choose from.
I like the treadmills and stationary bikes.
Employees are very helpful, and the facilities are awesome. Makes you look forward to going there and work on your overall health. Great variety of classes.

I love this facility! It is always clean and the staff are amazing! I go at least 4 to 5 days a week and enjoy it tremendously! If there’s ever an issue, you just let them know at the front desk and that issue disappears. God bless them all!
