Since the pandemic, I have been to the gym once. The classes and instructors were always very challenging and knowledgeable. They have always been very professional and helpful. I will be glad when the gym is back to normal.

Good activities for seniors! Sometimes though there’s not enough room for everyone so it can be crowded.

I use the locker room b/c I do aerobic workout over my lunch hour. I appreciate the accommodations made for this possibility. The facility is clean & neat. Plenty of supplies to wipe down machines, etc. Pleasant staff.

Everything is kept clean among the current crisis. I would like to see the locker rooms stay open as long as the pool is open though.
The swimming and swimming lessons are the best! The workout area is very clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and eager to help.

Amy is AMAZING with my kiddos. she just gets on their level and really focuses on how to get them to feel safe and confident in the water. I will surely be scheduling more lessons with her in the future and have recommended her to friends.
Great instructors and fun classes.
I use the pool to swim laps to rehab a knee and get in better shape but the new schedule of lap swim at Hood Co YMCA is difficult. The kids have the pool 2-6 then there's 6-7 for lap swim which isn't enough. Would be nice to have 1 1/2 hours in the evening to not have to rush and get in a good workout.

Freedom to workout independently, swim, and talk to anyone. Lots of friendly people with the same goals.
