I have already tried to get people to join. I also have a friend that would like to work out to strengthen a knee she had replaced. I told her she needs to come to the Y and have a training coach. I like everything about it. It has made a big difference in my life. I do a lot of weight lifting and playing picklball. I am almost 70 yrs.old. It keeps young!

Good range of classes for different levels and ages. Well equipped exercise floor that's generally well maintained .
I use just the racquetball and lift a few weights. The people are friendly and very helpful.

Machines, group classes and how the Y helps the community...
We don't do classes etc, just try to work out regularly.
With now limited number fo machine available [especially bikes]. we do wish you'd
put a time limit of may be 30 minutes so more people could have access during busier times.
We love to play Pickle Ball and meet new friends.

Many class options. Clean. Friendly. Hours open work on my schedule.

I would like to have more yoga classes. Saturday class would be great

Pickle ball and swimming
I am so happy to have such a fine Y facility here In Granbury! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and programs tailored to all age groups. The janitorial staff is doing an excellent job of sanitizing - and that is of paramount importance now! I can say without reservation that being a member has meant so much to my physical and mental health!
I once was a pro-am bodybuilder, trained in all of the big named chain gyms, gold, world, powerhouse, you name it. I even trained in Arnold S. gym in Munich. I started training in 1975, and am still at it!
Hood County Y tops them all with their excellent staff, they put members first especially now during the pandemic! The equipment is stellar!
I have a 2 year old, there's no place that she's safer than in the childcare center! Cudos to them!

Les Mills body pump and RPM classes
Need additional Silver Sneakers classes, 2 classes a week is not enough. Should be daily Monday thru Friday.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. There is also so much to get involved in for everyone in our family. We love our local YMCA!
Clean pool with swimming lanes open all the time...
I use the pool for lap swimming.
Evening lap swimming hours.
Members and staff are so friendly and the activities are fun and challenging.

i like the sizes of the groups. I love that you have opened up at 5 again. It is the only time that I can come to the gym.
