I’m a current refugee from Benbrook during pool repairs and the Granbury pool is orders of magnitude better. The water chemistry alone will keep me driving almost twice as far.

I enjoy the group exercise classes- Zumba with Tati and body pump ( I do wish there was a body pump after Zumba on Wednesdays- at 6, rather than 4).
My kids love the swim team both summer and winter! My husband and I also use the gym- he is more regular than I am for the weights/equipment.

Programs and activities are good. The maintenance on equipment is bad. Units sit for months awaiting repair.

I love the Y and the staff is great. My only suggestion would be to put an open shower out in the pool area. There are too many mothers that bring there young elementary school age sons in the ladies shower area to shower. IMHO this isn't cool when you have elderly women present in the locker area. Other wise I am totally please with the Y. Sorry to bring up my suggestion but I feel I must if you are striving to be the best! Absolutely love the activities the Y provides, it's a tremendous asset to the community. If it weren't for the shower issue, I'd give you a 10 all the way!
