The people are friendly.
I concentrate on the swim classes. Due to my arthritis these classes are more amenable to my abilities and the teachers are very good.

I don't use any of the programs or activities. I just lift weights and use the machines. The staff is great and thoughtful.
I just use the pool which has good chemistry, and is easy to get lap time in.

Not a program type of person! I like being able to walk in, use the equipment and leave! People are friendly and women’s locker room is always clean.
